15 Countries!
Pre-Covid, Mo and his team traveled to 15 countries to provide training for telephone sales, customer care, floor management, presentation skills and trainer training. Today, the CCTS team does 80% of its work remotely based on client needs, but still travels to in-office centers everywhere to complete client engagements.
Remote Specialists
CCTS has been training trainers in every delivery skill, including remote training, since 1998. Unfortunately, Covid revealed that many trainers are poor to bad at conducting remote classes. All CCTS trainers employ an effective, highly interactive and engaging delivery style so remote classes feel just like in-person classes. They remain fun and effective. No learning or retention is lost. In some ways, remote training can even increase retention because of some of its unique characteristics.
